One-Time Classes
Make ornaments, floats or attend one of our special event "Make your own vase or fluted bowl" classes. The ornament/float class is a great chance to "get your feet wet" and experience glass blowing. Join one of our scheduled classes or get a few friends together and let us help create a lasting memory for your group in a custom class!Our standard ornament workshop allows each attendee to make 5
glass ornaments or floats. Get creative by choosing between
colors, texture, and final form (ornament or float). The
standard classes usually last from 3-4 hours and are a great
way to make impressive decor for yourself or gifts for
others. The cost is a flat fee of $150.00, which
includes all materials and equipment.
Not quite ready for the full experience? How about a mini-class?
Blow one float or ornament for $60 in our special introductory
sessions. The length of the class depends on the number
of people we have signed up, you can expect them to last
between 45 minutes and 2.5 hours.
In our classes, you do more to create your masterpiece.
Our expert instructors gather the hot glass onto the pipe for
you, then you apply the color of your choice, heat the glass
in the glory hole, shape the piece with a block and put in the
jack line to remove your piece from the pipe. You decide
if you want an ornament loop or float top, and the custom
piece is truly yours!
